Soooooo frickin' easy!!!! 😱 And the taste....... 👌🏼 I struggle with healthy food that tastes gross! 😂 This tastes sooooo much better than the store bought stuff!! 1. Buy yourself a nut milk bag (from a kitchen accessory shop like kitchen Warehouse or Matchbox or House) approx $17.95 2. Buy ORGANIC almonds & organic medjool dates. 3. Soak 1 cup of almonds in 2 cups of filtered water over night to activate. 4. Blend almonds, water, 2-3 dates, 1 tspn of vanilla extract or 1 bean for 1 minute or until super fine. **I use my nutra-bullet as the thermos didn't blend it fine enough IMO.
At this point you could also add 1/2 a drop of cinnamon essential oil. 5. Pour into nut milk bag, squeeze out & done! I like to add more water & make it less creamy. Lasts 3-5 days. Freeze the pulp and use as base in muffin recipe. Nothing goes to waste 👌🏼😉
