Raw Bliss Balls/Fudge

Full of goodness, oxidants, magnesium and protein, these bliss balls are so yummy as well as good for you!!

Recipe:

• ½ cup almonds (blanch for 1 minute to remove skins) • 1 cup cashews • ½ cup desiccated coconut • ¼ cup cocao powder • Either ¼ cup of honey or maple syrup OR 1 cup of pitted dates • 2Tbs coconut oil (slightly melted) • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract • 5 drops essential oil (peppermint or orange work well - I use dōTERRA www.snwbc.com/why-doterra )

What now?

1. In a food processor, chop dates fine (if chosen). 2. Add nuts & blend to desired consistency (I like mine fine) 3. Add desiccated coconut and cocao powder and mix/blitz. 4. Add remaining ingredients and mix until combined. 5. Line a container with baking paper and spread mixer on baking paper approx 2cm thick or roll into balls and roll in desiccated coconut. 6. Place in the freezer for approx 2 hours. Serve straight from the freezer.

Instead of rolling them, save time by using a mould!
